TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR "PREDATOR BUY AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO LONDON TO WATCH CHELSEA FC PROMOTION”
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the “PREDATOR BUY AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO LONDON TO WATCH CHELSEA FC PROMOTION” (“the Promotion") and by participating in the same you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same.
Organization, Duration, Eligibility and Entry
1. The Promotion is organized by Coca Cola Beverages Kenya Limited (“Sponsor”), Almasi Bottlers Limited, Equator Bottlers Limited, and Coastal Bottlers Limited (hereinafter together referred to as “the Organizers").
2. All employees, contractors, and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) of the Organizers EXP Momentum Kenya, Interactive Media Services (IMS) and Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB), Monster Energy Europe Limited, Price Waterhouse Coopers PWC including their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and any other supplier or third party involved in the development, facilitation or execution of this Promotion and their immediate families and dependants shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. By participation in the Promotion, the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizers which is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
4. The Promotion will run from 01st March 2026 up to 15th June 2026. However, the Redemption window will be open until 15th Sep 2026 except airtime– which shall be redeemed instantly till 15th June 2026 and Motor Bikes that will be awarded weekly¹ till 15th September 2026.
5. To be eligible for participation in the Promotion, participants must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.
6. To Enter the Promotion, participants must:
a. Purchase Predator Gold 400ml or Mango Mayhem 400ml
b. Check under the Closure for the alphanumeric Unique code which consumers will activate by
sending an SMS to the short code number 29884 thereby entering a draw.
Prizes
7. Participants in the draw stand a chance to win the following prizes:
- Grand Prize: 1 of 2 trips, each for 1 winner and their elected guest to London in the United Kingdom to watch a Chelsea FC Match at the end the promotion.
- Weekly Prizes¹: 1 of 30 Boda Boda Motor Bikes – Awarded Weekly¹
- Daily Prizes: instant Airtime Prizes in the Amount of Kes.20 and Kes.50 (up to a maximum 280,000 winners of the daily airtime prizes).
- Grand Prize Redemption: done within 90days post promo closure (Latest 15th Sep 2026)
¹ Weekly prizes shall be awarded from week 1 of April 2026.
Identification of winners and prize disbursement
8. Airtime winners will receive their Airtime through third-party fulfilment within a maximum of 48 hours of official notification of win from Start of Competition till the last Day, or until 280,000 winners of the airtime prizes have been randomly drawn, whichever is earlier. Airtime Limit for the Promotion will be Ksh.6,000,000
9. Motor Bikes will be awarded through a weekly draw¹ when we will be picking 3 winners every week and will be awarded via a random draw under the supervision of BCLB, the First Draw will be done 3 weeks after promotion commencement till the 15th week when the final draw will be done post the Promotion closure. Before issuance of the Motor bike the winner will be required to sign a release form that indicates transfer of the asset and liability that comes with the Motor bike and a disclaimer in favour of Monster Energy Europe Limited and its affiliates.
10. To redeem the Grand prize Trip for 2 for 3 nights to London to watch a Match for Chelsea FC, the winner will be required to provide their national ID linked to the winning cell number for verification. The First Draw for the Grand prize will be done on the 04th week and the last draw to be carried on 13th week post promo closure.
11. The Winners (+ their guest) will also be required to present a Valid Passport before winner announcement is done. The Grand Prize will be awarded via a random draw under the supervision of BCLB.
12. Redemption of the Trip will only be done upon receipt of United Kingdom Visa to the Announced winner with their + one and can only be done via a Trip and no other form of redemption will be extended. The Cost of the Visa will be borne by the Sponsor.
13. The Grand Prize shall include round trip, economy-class air tickets to and from London, 3 nights’ accommodation at the Sponsor’s choice of hotel, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner each day (excluding alcohol, tips to waiters and guides) and tickets to watch a Chelsea FC game.
14. All travellers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled. In the event that a winner is unable to secure the required travel visa, the prize shall be forfeited.
15. The prizes are non-assignable, non-transferable, and redeemable only in the Republic of Kenya.
16. If there are any taxes applicable to the Prizes, the Organizers will deduct the tax and remit it to the relevant authority as is required by law.
General rules of the promotion
18. All Prizes must be claimed within the period of the Promotion. The Organizers maintain the discretion to select an alternate participant if a winner fails to claim their prize.
19. The Organizers reserve the right to re-draw the Grand Prize if there have been at least 3 unsuccessful attempts to reach the winner.
22. Although the Organizers have used reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, they shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or errors. They will not bear responsibility for force majeure events such as acts of God, computer viruses, or pandemics.

27. Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act, Act No. 24 of 2019.
29. The Promotion is conducted subject to the Laws of the Republic of Kenya and the Betting Lotteries and Gaming Act, Chapter 131.
